In general, the artist should be given a minimum of 5 working days to work on a rough/sketch, and at least additional 2 weeks for finalization. However, some commissions, such as video editing, or complex drawings may take longer.Clients who give deadlines will be given priority over those who do not.
Clients may ask to be updated per week, or whenever a notable amount of progress is made, otherwise the artist will only update the client at key points. If there is a delay on the artists side, they will notify you via the contact method(s) you have provided.Minor revisions can be done freely during the rough phase, however any major changes may alter the final price, such as adding a new character. During the finalization phase, up to 3 minor revisions can be done, after which, a revision fee will be applied for each new revision.~~Fees & Discounts
Rush Fee: If a client needs a product finished sooner than the typical work cycle length, they may apply a rush fee and set a different date. Depending on how quickly they need the commission to be finished will change the rush fee amount, however it starts at 30% the original price.Designer Fee: When a client has an idea, but no references, the artist can step in and design the subject from scratch based on a description, however a designer fee will be applied, which is 20% of the original price.Revision Fee: During the finalization phase, any major changes, or revisions to the commission will apply a fee which will vary based on its complexity, which starts at 5% the original price.Phrase Discount: Sometimes the artist streams on twitch, or posts on twitter a temporary, single-use phrase, which when included in a commission request will apply a small 10% discount to the original price.Returning Customer Discount: After 3 commissions, a client will gain a 5% discount to the original price.~~Cancellations & Refunds
Before a commission is paid for, both the artist and client may reserve the right to cancel the request for any reason. Only a notice of its cancellation is required. An approved rough phase commission will be placed on hold until the artist receives payment.
After 4 months without communication, the held commission will be considered cancelled.Should a paid commission be cancelled by the artist or a client, half the payment will be refunded to the client. However, if a client breaches the artists ToS, or ceases all communication with the artist, no refund will be issued, and the client will be blacklisted.Once the commission is completed, it cannot be refunded.Any changes to the artists base prices will not apply to already accepted, or paid for commissions. Similarly discounts cannot be applied during a commission, only on the commission request.~~Product Rights & Permissions
